Hello, my name is Helen Stone, and I am a fully trained and accredited Hypnotherapist, Personal Coach, Menopause Wellness Coach, Reiki Practitioner, owner of True2Soul, and proud mum of one son!

​

I also have many other diplomas and certificates, as I am a lifelong learner and dedicated to helping others find the key to unlocking their happiness.

​

I am based in Winchester and offer specialised experiences throughout the United Kingdom.

​

Helping others achieve their goals and dreams is dear to my heart. I’ve worked with many businesses, bringing mindfulness and well-being into the workplace to help employers create a positive working environment. I work face-to-face and online with people on a one-to-one basis, helping them achieve their dreams and gain confidence they didn’t know they had.

I am passionate about YOU creating the life you were meant to live.

Why work with me?
 

I didn’t have my own personal Helen to guide and mentor me through life’s ups and downs as I searched for my happiness.

 

This meant I experienced many things in my personal journey. Some helped, and some did not. Everything I experienced gave me new insight into myself and helped to create the experiences I use today to help others.

​

I do have other skills outside of therapy and coaching. Some of the things I have learned include:

​

• Belly dancing

• Pole dancing

• Teaching myself how to play the piano, guitar, and saxophone

• Publishing a book of poems

• Living in Jamaica for two years

• Living in Miami

• Achieving my levels 1 and 2 in Reiki, eventually qualifying as a Master Reiki Practitioner

 

There is so much more I have accomplished and am proud of, such as being a single parent while working full-time and studying for my supply chain qualification.

Setting up my business, True2Soul is the culmination of my journey through life and finding my personal happiness. The name of my business is my mission statement in life. I want you to be true to your soul and discover the happiness you seek.
