Driven by a lifelong commitment to growth, I’ve earned multiple diplomas and certificates, each one deepening my ability to guide others. My journey of learning and self-discovery has shaped the way I help people unlock happiness, clarity, and confidence.

With years of experience in the corporate world, I’ve introduced mindfulness and well-being practices to professionals navigating high-pressure environments. Today, I bring that same dedication to individuals seeking balance, purpose, and transformation.
