When we continually support and give to others we forget the importance of giving and loving ourselves.

When I started on my journey 20 years ago of self reflection and meditation, I found it extremely difficult to switch my head off.  Using a blend of meditation seamlessly blending the gentle power of hypnosis techniques is how I first started and it was instrumental in my journey of having a clear mind which is why I offer this today because not everyone can switch their head off without a little support.
