Today Menopause is gaining traction and has far more focused positivity not only on social media but in the workplace, to the point that we are now becoming saturated with different information and perhaps not knowing the best way.
The key element is that we are all individual and the ever-increasing volume of information widely available can still leave the individual feeling helpless and non-plussed. This workshop provides the participant with the starting blocks to help them find their way, in a simple, practical and positive way, busting some well-known myths along the way, so that they can create their Menopause journey with the help and support of the following qualified Coaches and Instructors
Who are we and why we are unique. – The market is abundant with Nutritionists, Sports Therapists and Coaches offering 1:1 and group sessions in their siloed professions excluding the multinational organisations.
At our core, we are a dedicated team committed to providing a comprehensive and integrated approach to Menopause Wellness. We understand that menopause is a multifaceted journey, unique to each individual. That’s why we offer a holistic suite of services designed to support physical, emotional, and mental well-being during this transition.
In addition to the Workshops we collaborate to tailor wellness plans that address the specific needs of our clients. By fostering a supportive community and delivering evidence-based solutions, we aim to empower women to navigate menopause with confidence and grace and to help raise awareness with their partners as they travel on this journey together.
We are:
Eileen Munday – PT and Sports Therapist.
Eileen has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years since qualifying as a PT and Sports Therapist in 2001. From one-to-one training, group exercise sessions and working with many medically referred clients daily from all walks of life, she strongly believes in a more holistic approach to fitness for all. Understanding and doing what your body needs to stay strong and healthy, thus supporting you throughout your whole life.
Through the extensive knowledge gained over time, and personal experience working with a wide range of clients, Eileen approaches menopause herself with confidence that a strong body and mind will help you feel more empowered as we move into this next stage of life.
Pam Dease – Nutrition and Menopause Coach.
During COVID, Pam started her menopause journey routinely feeling anxious and stressed and with her sleep patterns being constantly disrupted and managing a demanding corporate role in Marketing, life was proving to be challenging. At the same time, additional pressure was added with close family, who live a day’s travel away, falling ill with major health concerns.
Interested in the science behind what was happening to her body Pam explored and researched this area in great detail and fast forward to 2023 Pam has now re-qualified as a Nutrition and Menopause Coach.
Along the way Pam has had the pleasure to meet and be supported by many Menopause Warriors who have strengthened her new skills, strategies and training. Pam is an intuitive listener to her body and supports her hormones and harnesses the power of food to transform her health.
Helen Stone - Menopause Wellness Coach and Hypnotherapist.
Helen started her own menopause journey at 38 and had to find her own way through this transformational phase of her life due to the lack of positive information and guidance being readily available for women.
At 38 HRT was not an option for Helen, so like Pam, she threw herself into research and created her own journey by embracing changes in her lifestyle, mindset, nutrition and fitness. Now in her mid-50s, Helen is embracing Post Menopause and the medical health conditions that come along with early menopause.
